Waldeck Capital LLC is intending to develop a luxury hotel from the castle Schonborn, Austria. The development includes reconstruction of the castle, renovation of an existing golf course as well as construction of new luxury residential villas.

Description and History:
Schloss Schonborn is set in the heart of Austria wine region, on the north-eastern edge of Vienna, in Gollersdorf. Built in years 1711 to 1716 by architect Johann Lukas von Hildebrand, master of Austrian baroque architecture.
